I stayed at the hotel for just one night before my surgery at a nearby hospital, so my exposure to the facility was limited. The lack of a kettle for tea was a downside, but overall, the stay was within our expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, just a bit noisy being next to the ice machine, but they had everything I could ask for. The service was top-notch, from the helpful front desk clerks to the professional and friendly maintenance and housekeeping teams. The location was perfect for my trip, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including a convenient Whole Foods market. The dining experience was satisfactory, although parking fees were a bit high. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The hotel had the basics covered with wonderful and immaculate rooms featuring Aveda toiletries. I enjoyed the cleanliness and the convenience of the free shuttle service but felt a bit let down by the lack of breakfast options. The staff, however, were friendly and very accommodating, which made the stay pleasant overall.

The service was very friendly and accommodating, especially in helping us with tour reservations. The location was quite walkable, with great bars and restaurants nearby, but being up a hill made it less convenient despite the shuttle service available.
